Once you place your order, it cannot be cancelled, altered or modified. Please be sure to review your order items, address and billing information before submitting your order, to ensure everything is correct and accurate. Shipping, Delivery and Tracking Your Order
All items in-stock will ship within 1–2 business days, but turnaround time does vary by season. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will cancel unavailable items, ship all in stock items and return full balance due. We will contact you by e-mail with tracking information on the day the order is shipped. All shipping is paid for in full by the purchaser.
SEEDS ONLY
A flat rate shipping charge of $3.00 applies to all orders of $15.00 and under. Orders of $15.00 or more are eligible for FREE Shipping and can be selected during checkout.
99% off all shipments will be sent through USPS. Small orders that are less than 3/4″ thick may not qualify for tracking per USPS regulations through their First Class Flats service. Packages that are thicker will have tracking applied to them. A shipment confirmation email is sent, when the order has shipped.
Returns / Refunds
All seeds are guaranteed to grow within 180 days of the purchase date. If you have any troubles, contact us for more information regarding a refund on “non viable” seed products. All seeds are tested and offered through walshbotanicals.net have a viable germination rate of at least 90% or more.
To return any package(s) of seed, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase. The package(s) must remain unopened and clean.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the promised refund on all seed orders.
We do not refund custom seed packets and seed favors that have been personalized by you.
Packages shipped are transported from our facility to your local U.S. Post Office or United Parcel Service who are responsible for delivering your package. It is unlikely that your package(s) arrives damaged or does not arrive at all; In any event, please contact us to report issue.
We regret that we’re not able to ship any of our products to any locations outside of the United States. The myriad of governmental regulations pertaining to shipping horticultural products abroad, simply do not permit us to process foreign orders at this time.
Return Policy
When your order arrives, open package immediately and inspect the content against the packing slip; it is especially important to check viability on living plants immediately and notify us immediately of any shortages or damage. Do not discard any damaged items or shipped package. The shipping company may require an inspection prior to approving any claim.
Do not sign for the shipment until you have confirmed the shipment is complete with no apparent and/or concealed damage. If there is a shortage or damage, it must be noted on the proof of delivery, or we cannot accept responsibility. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact our Customer Service Representative for details regarding returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. In the event of a damaged package, please contact the package carrier immediately.
We share your tracking information with you via email, as soon as we create a shipping label for your package, right before it leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers can take 24 hours to update once packages have been picked up by the carrier. For all questions regarding the whereabouts of a package once it's on the way, we highly recommend you first review the tracking information to check the status provided by the carrier, then contact the appropriate shipping carrier with additional questions (either USPS or UPS).
Sometimes, a tracking number may reflect incorrect information. If after seven (7) business days your package has not arrived and is marked as delivered, a Missing Mail Search Request can be submitted to the Shipping Carrier by the recipient, or we can work with you directly on a resolution for either;
1) a full and immediate product replacement
2) a store/site credit for the full amount of the order
